Expensify is an expense recording app that has emedded approvals and reporting functionality. Expense Submitters can group their expenses together into periodic or specific reports and electronically submit these to their line manager for approval – effectively replacing spreadsheets and stapled receipts.

Expenses can be tracked on the browser or using the mobile app. All receipts will be attached to the transaction that is pushed into Xero on approval. The cumulative report is pushed into Xero allowing a single transaction to reconcile against the bank payment.

Report submissions and approvals can be done by email, entirely removing all manual contact points with the expenses process.
